SV	En als men langen tijd zonder eten geweest was, toen stond Paulus [op] in het midden van hen, en zeide: O mannen, men behoorde mij wel gehoor gegeven te hebben, en van Kreta niet afgevaren te zijn, en dezen hinder en deze schade verhoed te hebben;

Alex	πολλης τε ασιτιας υπαρχουσης τοτε σταθεις ο παυλος εν μεσω αυτων ειπεν εδει μεν ω ανδρες πειθαρχησαντας μοι μη αναγεσθαι απο της κρητης κερδησαι τε την υβριν ταυτην και την ζημιαν
ASV	And when they had been long without food, then Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened unto me, and not have set sail from Crete, and have gotten this injury and loss.
BE	And when they had been without food for a long time, Paul got up among them and said, Friends, it would have been better if you had given attention to me and not gone sailing out from Crete, to undergo this damage and loss.
Byz	πολλης δε ασιτιας υπαρχουσης τοτε σταθεις ο παυλος εν μεσω αυτων ειπεν εδει μεν ω ανδρες πειθαρχησαντας μοι μη αναγεσθαι απο της κρητης κερδησαι τε την υβριν ταυτην και την ζημιαν
Darby	And when they had been a long while without taking food, Paul then standing up in the midst of them said, Ye ought, O men, to have hearkened to me, and not have made sail from Crete and have gained this disaster and loss.
ELB05	Und als man lange Zeit ohne Speise geblieben war, da stand Paulus in ihrer Mitte auf und sprach: O Männer! Man hätte mir freilich gehorchen und nicht von Kreta abfahren und dieses Ungemach und den Schaden nicht ernten sollen.
LSG	On n'avait pas mangé depuis longtemps. Alors Paul, se tenant au milieu d'eux, leur dit: O hommes, il fallait m'écouter et ne pas partir de Crète, afin d'éviter ce péril et ce dommage.
Pesh	ܘܟܕ ܐܢܫ ܡܕܡ ܠܐ ܡܤܬܝܒܪ ܗܘܐ ܗܝܕܝܢ ܩܡ ܦܘܠܘܤ ܒܝܢܬܗܘܢ ܘܐܡܪ ܐܠܘ ܐܬܛܦܝܤܬܘܢ ܠܝ ܓܒܪܐ ܠܐ ܪܕܝܢ ܗܘܝܢ ܡܢ ܩܪܛܐ ܘܡܬܚܤܟܝܢ ܗܘܝܢ ܡܢ ܚܘܤܪܢܐ ܘܡܢ ܐܘܠܨܢܐ ܗܢܐ ܀
Sch	Und da man lange ohne Nahrung geblieben war, trat Paulus mitten unter sie und sprach: Man hätte zwar, ihr Männer, mir gehorchen und nicht von Kreta abfahren und sich diese Schädigung und den Verlust ersparen sollen.
Scriv	πολλης δε ασιτιας υπαρχουσης τοτε σταθεις ο παυλος εν μεσω αυτων ειπεν εδει μεν ω ανδρες πειθαρχησαντας μοι μη αναγεσθαι απο της κρητης κερδησαι τε την υβριν ταυτην και την ζημιαν
Web	But after long abstinence, Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened to me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.
Weym	When for a long time they had taken but little food, Paul, standing up among them, said, "Sirs, you ought to have listened to me and not have sailed from Crete. You would then have escaped this suffering and loss.
